Craig Mandell, a partner at Berger Schatz and a faculty member of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE), shared insights on drafting family law agreements at the Drafting Marital Settlement Agreements Workshop in Bloomington, Illinois on June 6, 2019.
Craig and other IICLE faculty members conducted 10 small-group roundtable sessions for CLE students during the course of the day. The hands-on program, which was a similar workshop to the one held in Chicago, included guidance on maintenance, property distribution, child support, parental allocation, retirement plans, and taxes. He led the session on general clauses.
Craig, a frequent speaker and lecturer, represents clients in all areas of family and matrimonial law, dispute resolution, and litigation. He concentrates his practice on issues affecting children, including complex custody and parenting matters.
