Michael Sabath shares insights on understanding business valuation reports in divorce cases

Michael Sabath shared insights on understanding business valuation reports as part of the recent Illinois Institute for Continuing Education (IICLE) 2019 Business Valuation, Financial & Tax Issues in Divorce program.

As part of the featured sessions, Mr. Sabath presented “The Games People Play” in which he addressed how to use business valuation reports for various aspects of client cases, including how to assess the owner’s true economic income, find hidden assets and uncover ways to trace the source of assets.

Mr. Sabath is a distinguished litigator with more than 25 years of experience in all areas of family and matrimonial law, including matters involving complex financial issues, corporate valuations, non-marital asset protection, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as child custody, support and visitation, including grandparent visitation.
