Prior to joining Berger Schatz in 2003, Dina practiced as a securities litigator for one of the world’s most well-regarded business law firms and as in-house counsel for a premier global financial services company. She leverages her deep knowledge honed over years of experience in commercial litigation, for the benefit of her clients.

Twenty years of litigating cases taught Dina the value to her clients of the flexibility, creativity, and privacy available through alternative dispute resolution. Dina has developed a thriving mediation and collaborative law practice where she combines her superior strategic and financial acumen with a commitment to finding innovative solutions for clients.
Dina understands that alternative dispute resolution may not be appropriate for every case and some cases may start, but not finish, in an alternative forum. Where litigation is advisable, she provides invaluable direction, and guidance for her clients, and has led litigation teams to some of the firm’s most significant trial and appellate court successes throughout the state.
