Partner Andrew Eichner will explore issues surrounding high net worth divorce matters in Illinois at the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) Young Lawyers Section Family Law Committee CLE seminar. Firm associate and Young Lawyers Section Family Law Committee Co-Chair Erica Bernstein will moderate the conversation.
As part of the seminar, Drew will share insights on how to take high net worth divorce cases to trial, covering topics including strategies to implement, experts to retain and settlement goals.
Drew will be joined by Honorable Judge Regina A. Scannicchio, Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division, Brian Potter of Stout Risius Ross, LLC, and Michael Rhoades of Rhoades Levy Law Group P.C.
Young Lawyers Section Family Law Committee Co-Chair Michelle Cass of Reed, Centracchio & Associates, LLC along with Co-Vice-Chairs John Conniff of the Law Offices of John A. Conniff and Katherine Lent of Griffin McCarthy & Rice LLP will moderate the conversation alongside Erica.
The seminar will also cover factors Illinois Courts must consider in high net worth divorce decisions as well as the use of business valuations, lifestyle analysis, dissipation tracing, trusts, and prenuptial agreements in these cases.
