Berger Schatz is pleased to announce that Aura Lichtenberg has been named a Partner, effective January 1, 2021.
Aura’s family law practice encompasses both litigation and alternative dispute resolution of pre- and post-divorce matters.
Aura earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While attending law school, she held judicial externships with the Honorable Richard J. Elrod (dec.) in the law division of Cook County, the Honorable Anne Collins Dole in the domestic violence division of Cook County and with the 18th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois (DuPage County).
In 2020, Aura was named to Chicago Lawyers’ 40 Under Forty list, and since 2017, she has been recognized by Leading Lawyers as an Illinois Emerging Lawyer. She is also named in the 2021 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her work in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Family Law: Arbitration and Family Law: Mediation and as a 2021 Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers.
