Saman Pakshir is dedicated to representing clients in all aspects of family law and matrimonial proceedings. Ms. Pakshir received her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law (cum laude) and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Berger Schatz, Ms. Pakshir held a Judicial Externship with the Honorable Judge Raul Vega in the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Ms. Pakshir served as Associate Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review, worked as a teaching assistant in Legal Writing, and participated in the University of Illinois Family Advocacy Clinic. In addition, Ms. Pakshir led and planned a Student Legal Relief trip to New Orleans to provide free legal aid to clients, earning her Pro Bono Notation. Ms. Pakshir is a member of the Illinois Bar.
